The greatest gift we can give ourselves is to keep our connection with Spirit and what I call our Peaceful Self strong. Too often we neglect to do this. When we do the following difficulties can emerge in our lives..

  1. You feel disillusioned with the way your life is and want to feel inspired again.
  2. You want to experience more wonder and beauty in your life.
  3. You worry too much and need to learn more how to “let go, let God.”
  4. You focus too much in the past or future instead of within the present moment.
  5. You want help developing a meaningful spiritual practice for yourself.
  6. You are in a spiritual crisis and want to re-examine your faith and beliefs.
  7. You feel a need for spiritual guidance or inspiration on a certain aspect of your life.
  8. You feel a yearning or calling to live life in a more spiritual way.
  9. Your spiritual practice seems empty or forced and you want to re-examine it.
  10. You’d like to develop your inner life more free from outer distractions.
  11. You know there is more to life but you don’t know how to connect with Spirit to find it.
  12. You want to discover deeper ways to connect with and express the Divine.
  13. You are tired of “looking out for number one” or being in the “material rat race” and want to    find a more meaningful reason for being alive.
  14. You want time to connect with Spirit, nature, and your inner source of bliss.
  15. You want to focus more on what you are here to contribute and need time to discover that.
