Zen Journey Meditation

Help reduce the suffering in your life. Learn a little about how Zen Buddhism helps you do this from Nissim Amon one of only 40 recognized Zen Master’s in the world. Go through a meditation about nine minutes in length that helps you reflect on “Who Am I?” The answer is your Authentic Self, or what we refer to as Peaceful Self. The more we can identify with this Peaceful Self, the more suffering disappears in our lives.

The more your the physical indicators from your heart and mind reveal you are staying in the zone of peacefulness, the more the video game works.
