Ocean Sounds Relaxation Meditation

Listen to the sounds of the ocean and gentle Tibetan bells as you practice breathing to calm your mind and help you enter into a deep state of relaxation. As you do this your thoughts will also quiet down as you become more mindful and concentrate on the sounds of the waves. This is a great meditation to use on any of our retreats. The meditation is just over 18 minutes in length and comes from The Honest Guys, who have a series of high quality meditations online.
