Introduction to Your Intuition

After about five minutes of deep relaxation to help you calm your thoughts and feelings, you are guided at first into a brief visualization. From there you are led to become increasingly aware of your intuition. As you contact that intuition, you are asked to clarify it by determining the strength of that intuition so that you can dial it up if needed, to become increasingly clear. The meditation is led by Dawn Marie, certified hypnotherapist, and owner of The Zen Room. The meditation is 17:03 minutes in length.
