Filling the Body With Light Meditation

This meditation is said to be very old. It helps you calm your body and mind by filling them with light. In turn you spread that light out to the world. The woman leading the meditation, Debra Moffitt, has a very soothing and kind voice that is not too intrusive, helping you to go inward with a sense of calm, peace, and joy. The meditation is 10:06 minutes in length.
