Disidentification Meditation

The Disidentification Exercise was first developed by Roberto Assagioli, one of the first spiritual psychologists, who developed Psychosynthesis. In this video, Dr. Lisa Love takes you through the technique helping you let go of being overly attached to your body, emotions, or thoughts. The meditation is 12:24 minutes in length.
