Calming the Emotions Meditation

A meditation that begins by focusing on your breathing to bring yourself into a space of calm. It begins by helping you focus on general breathing, and then expands the breathing to further calm your nervous systems in relation to emotional states. The meditation also includes some tapping, which is a very popular technique used for emotional release to help release emotional tension from the body. The meditation is 11:06 minutes in length.
