Self-Compassion Meditation

During this  guided meditation you’ll practice a visualization exercise designed to help you develop care and compassion for yourself. This exercise can be particularly helpful when you are working on making life changes or personal improvements. By reminding yourself of your innate goodness, you may find that you’re more patient and resilient in the face of setbacks. The meditation comes from Live Sonima and is 10:45 minutes in length.
