Loving kindness is essential for our well being. Throughout this 13 minute meditation, you start by affirming loving kindness towards yourself, and then in relation to others. By doing so you cultivate a deeper appreciation for yourself and the world around you. It is useful for both a deeper sense of inner peace and general relaxation.
